Air fresheners
WUNDER-BAUM® air fresheners have a tradition of more than 60 years. The brand's origins date back to 1952 when a milk truck driver who was bothered by the smell of spilled milk in his car approached a man who worked at a pharmacy in Watertown, NY. The man's name was Julius Sämann and he had spent some time deep in the Canadian pine forests. He had the idea of using an aromatic oil that he would apply to a special material. Thus began the history of the air freshener. Julius also designed the shape of this product and gave it the name CAR-FRESHNER (car freshener).
And so an American legend was born - because of spilled milk. Today, almost 60 years later, the company is still family-owned and sells its air fresheners in 195 countries around the world. The air fresheners - the "trees" - are sold in more than 60 different scents, including novelties such as Arctic White and Black Ice. For Europe, they are mostly produced by factories in Italy, Sweden and Switzerland.
AutoMax has been the exclusive importer of air fresheners in the Czech Republic since October 2002.
